A morning beneath Sherborne Abbey
Share
I had the pleasure of spending my day beneath the towering stone of Sherborne Abbey on Sunday. The sky was a perfect, cloudless blue, the air was sharp and cold (the kind that wakes you up before the first coffee). We set up the stall, fingers tingling in the chill as each piece of seaglass caught the early light.
These early mornings provide a few peaceful hours before the bustle of the market starts and for a few hours it was just us, the Abbey, and the promise of a bright Dorset day ahead.
It was lovely to see people, talk seaglass and to present my new Lyme Bay pieces hot off the beach and bench from this week's finds... On to Dorchester this Sunday
